Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and raised in Florida (USA), Valentina Lequeux is a fitness model, personal trainer, and online sensation.
She began posting pictures and videos of her journey on social media in 2016 – quickly gaining attention for her incredible figure.
It wasn’t long until she’s attained masses of followers, inspiring others around the world to begin their own fitness journey.
Since then, she created a website to offer her services as a personal trainer; on a mission to help others realize their dream physiques.
However, fitness model reveals that her anxiety still has its place. “Well, I’ve had insecurity issues about my breasts for years. I thought about getting implants for 10 years, on and off. About a year and a half ago, I decided not to do it,” she told Muscle&Fitness.
Lequeux receives tons of negative comments about her “imperfect” figure but tries not to take them close to heart.
“They say things like, “Flat chest!” or “Where’s the boobs?” or “You look like a man!” I even had an overweight guy criticize me while I was creating video content for my page when I was working out on the beach. The comments are endless. Some people kill themselves because of comments like that. They hurt.”
Although, we can’t notice that her physique is really great. And 1 million account-holder gave us an exclusive tip to be fit: “A six-pack won’t come from an abs fairy, a magic pill, or from whatever shortcut you can think about! It’s all about hard work!”
“Everyone needs to understand that your body is capable of amazing things and you can shape it and build it to its highest potential.” What about internet trolls Valentina seems to have found the way of how to struggle with them.
“When you look deeper into who are making those comments, they have significant insecurities. It’s sad, but they’re probably going through something. What annoys me, though, is that these trolls are always hiding. Their accounts are always private, and they have no photos on their profiles. I’d like to see if they would say the same stuff to my face.”
All in all, Lequeux promises to keep up the pace, not to lay down and continue to cheer us with her awesome snaps.
“I will keep expanding my network and finding better ways to reach you, motivate you and connect with you. You are my pillars on this journey aside from my number one supporter, my husband, and I intend to keep on inspiring the best way I know how – this journey is just beginning people so stay tuned for much much more of me!”
